Why was this thread moved?
I moved it because there was no discussion of an event before you announced this.
We need to better understand what this is before we even consider going ahead with it.
My understanding is that you will be identifying objects and then telling people to go around the maps and try to find them. you also mentioned that this will take place on the sniper server.
If I am understanding this correctly then I have a serious problem with the whole idea. We have enough problems with people rng'ing on the sniper server already without telling everybody to run around and start finding things to take screenshots of. Even if you told people that they could only find stuff while they were playing normally, most people would still run around trying to find things.
If I am correct in this then I don't think having such an event on the sniper server is a good idea. Why not the uzi server? It is rng and could use the exposure.

I was not going to be on the server telling people to go run around looking for items. If during normal gameplay you see an item, either up close or through your scope, you would take the screenie then. I do see your point though. I tend to think of perfect world scenarios in which everyone will behave themselves. This, unfortunately, is not the correct world view. So if it is okay with you and everyone else, I will post that the screenies must come from the Uzi server and no where else. Or do you wish me to drop this?
Nope, the Uzi server would be great. And if you wanna run with it, maybe organize a night of fragging on that server while you are at it. Wouldn't hurt to get some traffic on that server (I remember when it was more popular than the sniper server).

I will post the info in the Uzi area of the forum as well as a hot link to it. I don't know many of the maps on the Uzi server, so it may take me a little more time to compile a list.
