Don't know if I mentioned this before...just a little idle gossip and an update.

I removed Maddog's ability to see the clan dou members only area. He may not have officially quit this time and he is far from his 6 months mia, but considering the fact that he is very active in another clan right now and moved his servers to that clan, I just don't feel right about letting him read our area. We can call this a "special circumstance" where he is just suspended from the clan pending an explaination. I don't think he will be back anyway.

The guys who started the clan are like me, Escaped Turkey game support people. As such they get free game servers too. But check this out...they don't tell their members that. Instead they tell them that they are paying for the servers and then set monthly $$$ goals and solicit money from the members. That money is then pocketed by those in the know.

I started DOU with 2 goals in mind, to have some fun and to make some new friends. Without exception, every member of DOU who is in good standing right now is someone I want to be in the clan and someone I consider a friend. I just could not imagine being with a clan that has members acting like a friend, then lying to me about the servers and robbing my money. Sounds like a clan for Maddog alright 🙂

Anyway, thats whats up right now. If someone feels different, let me know...but I just really don't want to see maddog around at all. I think he is better just forgotten.
