Why do we have to be so political with all these jackass trouble makers?? Rules are being made WAAAY too complicated, keep it simple and if they don't like it there is the door! basically what I want to say is dou sniper rules do not work at ALL and i know you cant change them im saying all dou members need the ability to kick a god damn motherfucking asshole sumbitch off the server with no questions ask thats it.

The 3 warning rule isnt the officialy rule anymore for quite some time now.
When someone makes trouble on the server just tell him to read the rules and kick him after those words.
Dont care if they gonna read the rules or not.
BOOM!
I usually only warn once before kicking for most offenses. If I know I've booted them in the past I'll just issue the kick if I catch them again.
If they smart off I just kick.
The problem here is other:
There are more new arriving players than in the past months.
There are more new troublemakers than in the past months.
Old troublemakers do not give up.
There are more other servers closed.
In sum: we have a lot of traffic....
In addition:
From 16 administrators, only eight are active. Four are fully active, two are three quarters active and two are medium active.
Eight are inactive.
From three administrators leaders, only one is active.
Summary:
We need new administrators and fully active.
That is the only way this will be solved.
As an fully active administrator, coming every day, and working every day for the clan in several topics of interest, I have moral authority to establish what I have said...
This work is stressing and frustrating due it never ends.
For those that every day have problems with the problematic ones and that cannot do anything, it is even more frustrating and irritating to observe the behavior of these idiots, who have already made unbearable to play in our server.
So I fully agree and support to those who are claiming....
It need to be corrected as soon as possible by Tommy and/or Darkmatter
Inactive administrators need to be ceased till they come active again, and to give administrations powers, at least to kick in game, to more active members in the different time zones

Not really.
I work in a enterprise and I'm free to manage my time. (Good for me)
I live alone several days in a week during my work duties, so I use my free time in DOU tasks.
When at home, I teach my kids in PC and I take advantage and use part of time to check RSA or work in IP database.
I'm in front a PC practically all day, that's all.
If you felt attacked with this post you are mistaken, I wrote the same thing to Tommy in a PM past weeks, and said that you were an administrator 100 %.
I understand, for that I am not dumb, that anybody can dedicate all the time to the clan. For me 75% or 50% administrators are people who appears only the time on time. Not your case. You come here frecuently.
And inactive administrators are those to which we have not already heard any more..., and they are one half of us unfortunatelly
