In light of current events, I believe that this thread should be reexamined as well as discussed without going off topic. When this post was made, the clan was just a few people. Now it is very large and we need some real guidelines incase the situation happens again.

Jarg, you've hit this right on the head. We need to get something in place to deal with issues like this.
