I just sent Deadhead a PM to let him know the offer still stands if he wants to join us. I extended it to his mates as well.

Maybe we'll get a few more in here unless they re-form again.

I recieved a reply from Deadhead.

He's a bit burned out...partially due to certain members of his clan pulling crap on other clans and making a bad name for them. He's not sure if he'll return to the game. Too bad. He's a decent sort that would make a good addition to DOU.

He also appreciates the invitation I extended to his fellow clan members.

He will only pass on the invite to those who were not involved in the troubles they were having.

I will send him a pm asking who was involved so we can keep an eye out for them. If I recieve a reply, I'll put it up on the security forum.

I just posted something similar b4 I seen this in the general area. Oh well...

Here's the scoop as to what went on with EXA. I will post this in our security area as well since this type of behavior should, IMO, be considered when dealing with some of EXA's former members.

"I dont mind telling you the story, it's in the past now anyway.

It started when my good friend Blackbird left to join DMF. Blackbird paid for the server! but the server was very quiet so he ended up playing on DMF most of the time.

Smokie blasted him, calling him a backstabing B*stard. He even went on their forum and showed EXA and himself up big style. I was horrified. Then In_Ottawa had a blast as well. Poor Blackbird (who is 50+ years old) was distrought.

Worst of all, Repeat_Offender went on several forums and told them all that DMF are to be avoided!

That was enough for me, i told them to get out of EXA and appologised to the other clans for what had happened, saying it is not the oppinion of EXA.

Then of course i got blasted. I think Offender plays under another name now, but the other in EXA are cool, especialy Ventilator(40+), very funny guy indeed.
