I finally picked up a system with windows xp so I'm not sure how long it'll be until I can start gaming again. I need to get used to the xp and try to get this set up to a configuration I am comfortable with.
I will try to get TS set up tonight and see if I can get my mic set up to where I am not blasting anyone.

XP is not that much different from 98... It's the Media Center version that you have to worry about... I even heard from alot of people that VISTA BLOWS!
When your running XP you might want to opt for 512 Meg ram or more... the Footprint of ram that it uses is somewhere near 256Meg...HD??? well 2 gig will be basic OS and to have more is always better!!!
(I shouldn't babble on here but you should always go with what you want in a computer...You will enjoy it more!!!)
GAMING??? Well if you got yourself anything other than on-board video... Then you should be set! Could make sure that you have better than what is required for anything...
