Funny, I just bought a big roll of smoked deer meat. It's YUMMY!
Elk is a very popular and plentiful meat here as well and is really good. Moose is also a favorite.

Elk aint bad, seems a bit more bitter ( ❓ is that the word I wanted) then venison.
I've never been too fond of gamey meat. But I do like duck. 🙂

Uncle shot one a few years ago (Cygnus knows him) Never tried it but I heard it is good stuff.
