So heres the deal.. im alot more active now .. for personal reasons.. and i just redownloaded COD4 it runs great on my new beast.. but UT on the other hand runs okayish with 8.1 .. i have it downloaded thru steam and cant really manipulate it .. so i need a way to get 451v and the new OpenGL to get my brightness fixed so i can go back to whooping ass but im stuck and need help so if anyone know how to fix this problem easy or know what i need to get lemme know please and thank you ladies xD

So what were getting at is im stuck with no way to change my brightness on UT99
Use this OpenGL Renderer, if don´t work to you then use the D3D9 renderer .
All downloads in same page.

You don't want 451, that is for servers. Stick with 436.
