A little more help on telling the ISP to open the ports to allow access... Apparently people get a kick from using download torrents to get free stuff! Hence my ISP decided to close as many ports as they can to screw everybody up!

I have two hands... The Trace Route previously showed that I could not even see anything past my ISP until some complaining to the ISP about it. Then the Second Trace Route shows that I can now connect but how to I run this $H!T on OS ver 10.6?
