Why should he get kicked ive watch him play the game more times than ive played myself i admit he use to run he ad mits that to but withen the last 3 months he hasn't ran or assalted at all or break any rules so i dont know y he is getting in trouble for stuff that never happened..... he didnt type to pyro that was his stupid friend mohhammad from school he goes over his house often and watches him play the game a lot he knows all the stuff about the game to and ventrilo when JK said he will brb his x-friend went on and did that because he knew JK wanted to be an admin because he was over when he talked to tommy about it JK wasnt the one to type it i saw his friend mohamed do it I couldnt stop him in time i was playing the Wii I told JK wat happened but his friend denied it and JK didnt think he did it but then when he got kicked off vent he saw that it said he was banned for 2 weeks i was there when it happened he was so pissed because he didnt know why but then he realized wat his friend did they arent friends anymore they dont even talk and he says he is sorry for wat happend and watever he did in the past he just wants to know if u guys will forgive him and give him another chance he is really sorry and depressed about wat happened Plz accept his appology that is all i have to say just think about it plz. 🙁

Well - for what it's worth The One, I was on vent and heard JK ask for the password and say "Tommy told me I could talk to a member to get the password". So whether he physically wrote it or not isn't the issue. It's the principal of trying to be manipulative with clan members.

Voice to text can also render what looks to be a message in vent. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I very much doubt it was someone else who was trying to get JK into trouble. That dodge has been tried more than a few times. I'm not buying.

I agree with most members but is not fair two sanctions at same time...

After all, we all voted his membership. What about our responsability... nobody did see nothing during his recruitment time...?

I believe that he must fulfill first his present sanction.

After that, his sponsor should be to have a close conversation about his behaviour, and to obtain a commitment of change of behavior of his part...

Please all must do a reflexion about those points...

He belongs on a freestyle server not a camping server.

According with the facts, I agree with Bison, but the reflection for that I asked refers how we approach the topics, not on JK...

- First: he had a time of recruitment. Did nobody see anything wrongly in him? Why he was voted like a member?

- Second: once like a member, JK deserves a little respect from us, no matter if he does not. So I believe he should have the possibility to defend himself.

- Third: Tommy applied a suspension like a punishment. I believe we should respect that decision and to wait for his fulfillment.

- Fourth: I never saw a complaint about JK in the forums.

- Fifth: Was the removal vote first discussed by the administrators in the private part of the forum, before presenting this to the rest of the members for to vote, or it was a spontaneous decision of a person?

Etc

Finally: Even in a court-martial the defendant can defend himself. The form like this topic appeared looks like a Lynching

That isn't The One posting, That is JK using The Ones account. Several people also received PM's from "The One" but then I later found out from the One that it wasn't him.

A further example of the dishonesty that got him into this mess.
