I use a Musky rod for Snook fishing Down here.

works good those muskys must get Fricking big cause its almost a meat pole. 46 inch is a nice size fish of any kind.

thats a pretty string of fish!

One more question. Are the trout up there mostly stocked or wild. I ask because in my opinion wild taste better.

Yes, wild do have a better flavor.

Unfortunately, most of the streams and lakes that have them are stocked. Fishing pressure usually keeps any population pretty low around here.

Yes, but a lot of them are stocked as fingerlings too and have plenty of time in the wild b4 the fryer.

Yes, they can get the orange tint to the flesh over time but they never taste quite as good as natives.
