"yo mama said that tommy said it was ok over vent."

I asked mAmA about it and he said he hasn't talked to Tommy on this and from what I've heard Tommy hasn't even been on vent since before LowRes came back.

I sent LowRes another PM on this to let him know that he's still not getting reinstated.

If he was trying to bullshit his way back into the clan I say he can start looking elsewhere.

Yup, at least twice. Did that for all the inactive members we ended up dropping. Tommy declared his membership revoked last March.

Got another pm from LowRes:

"well.... i dont want to sound like an ass... but im not taking them off till tommy tells me too. ban me or do what you want but they're staying ingame sorry. "

My reply:

Tommy declared your membership revoked last March. I just went back and re-read it myself. And keep in mind this was after multiple attempts were made to contact you.

I once left the clan for a time. Unlike you, I did my fellow DOU members the courtesy of informing them I was doing so. When I decided to return, I again went through being a recruit. DOU has had a couple of others who have done the same.

The point is, you are no longer a member here. That means you no longer have the right to wear the tag until you again become a recruit.

And as far as being a recruit again goes, you've already lied to me in an attempt to gain access to the clan-only areas of the forum. That proves to me you are untrustworthy and there's no chance I would vote you back in. I can't speak for other DOU members but I'm sure that wont sit well with many of them either.

You're still welcome on our servers as long as you behave yourself but if I see you on wearing a DOU tag I'm going to kick you from the server.

We need to add a rule to the server rules page. Anyone not a {DOU} member wearing the tag gets a tazer to the testicles... or kicked/banned.

Not happy with his reply. Less happy with the fact that he was willing to lie rather than go through the recruit process again.

If I see him wearing the tag on the server, I will remove him. You should send a pm to the other admins Cyg, some may not have seen this thread.

I have read the thread and will make sure to kick him if he is wearig the Tag.
