Dear mates,
as you know, our Tommy has been involved in several massive projects. The main of these are the massive map project and the not less massive skin project.
Due several other pending massive projects like writing new rules, modifying some server mods, bad maps elimination, and the new incoming problem: rebel administrators who kick bad players not picking up their IPs before pressing the kick button, I would like to collaborate with some hints to help Tommy to manage all this tasks properly....
If you can add some more hints too, it will be welcomed
My first hint is to show the desirable desktop from an Clan DOU administrator or mapper.
This is a clean one. You could put a beautiful girl as screen if you desire or if authorized by wife 1.0
In the right side there are some useful programs, and a folder with crap from the work. (optative)
The left side need to be clean to work.
In the task bar, left side, you should put the programs and shorcuts as shown:
My second hint is for rebel administrators, to let them to get a good IP image from server players.
The first step is to go to the RSA fast access and open the webpage:
If all works fine, The RSA page will open, and then you should pick the "player list" menu:
Then go to the scisors pic taker shorcut and pick it...
Manage the scisors, then open a rectangle with the left mouse button as shown; release the left button.... and ready. A nice pic with players and correspondant IPs could be saved in the desktop ....
After that, specially after that, you can play as usual...
If a player enters the game after you entered, and you want to know his IP, then press the keyboard scape button (Normally upper part, left side of the keyboard); put down the game screen, without abandon the game, pick the scisors again, repeat the process, take a new picture and save it in the desktop. Finally you can resume the game. It will take about 30 seconds.
After this short but useful work for Security Issues officers, you can press all the kick buttons you wish...
