It's an attempt at humor. I don't think its intended to offend or he would spell it the right way.

Still, there are those that will be offended by it. I think we could let it go and wait to see if there are complaints before we demand a change of name.

It doesn't appear that he is trying to offend anyone so it does not violate any of our rules. Therefore It is a non-issue.
