New eMail Procedure

I am in the process of creating a new eMail procedure.

Instead of mailing people directly from the forum, I will be using gmail.

This is for several reasons. The most important is that many sites flag clandou.com email as spam. This includes gmail. But in a few tests i've made, I find that when I send from gmail, the messages are received right away. I will figure out the whole spam flagged emails thing later. For now I just need something that works.

I will be sending out a few tests laters after I am satisfied that that I am going to get all the responses I will get from the new form.

Please be aware that this new gmail procedure is just for me to contact the clan. I will only send mail from it like once or twice a month (as needed). Regular mail on the forum such as notifications of PM's and thread replies will remain the same, sent by the forum @clandou.com.

More on this when I am ready to send a few tests.
