No access to the shoutbox....

Hi all

Since my user name was changed (from R_Mad to {DOU}.R_Mad), I have no access to the shoutbox...

Any idea about why this happened?

I need some help because summer is coming...

When you log in your username is now:

{DOU}.R_Mad

That is how you now type it into the login box?

Yes it is...

When I log I have no problems to enter to the forums, including members forums, but the shoutbox does not appears like the pic shows...

Log out and log in again, check the shout box and let me know...

If you can't log in email me. razor@clandou.com

Try clearing your cookies then log in.

You should now both be able to login via the front page and use the shoutbox. Your avatar will appear top left with links to your PM box and new topics in the forum.

{DOU}.R_Mad, please try the language box on the left side, I'd like to know if it is any good. It won't be perfect but if it helps visitors to the website/forum then all the better.

If anyone else is having this problem please leave a post here and I'll deal with it as soon as possible.
