...for bots and guests in the Complaint Department. DM and I thought we could maybe get "another guest" from SoCal to log in to have to read it 
It took me a few times reading this before I got it. Always been a little slow on the uptake.
Sooooo for ANYONE to be able to access the Complaints Department, they HAVE to have a valid login, be logged in, and therefore the I.P. of the person is accessible to the admins of the forums.
Is this the correct analysis of your post above?

Yes jarg we had a few "Guest's" looking in and wanted to catch who it was........

Not those bots, the spybots from Google, Yahoo, and other sites.

You can get the IP of guests as well when they are not logged in. We just wanted to see who a certain guest was 8)
