In all the spectating I've done I think there was only one time too. Just doesn't come up that often to be an issue IMO.

This was not Memetic, as NATAN can also witness. It was a regular, and perhaps a recruit prospect.

I wanted to make sure that I was not in the wrong. It appears that I was not. The person was on Vent, and I made sure to come on and explain that I was not trying to be an asshole by shooting him.

He understood, and we played a few good matches together.

True! The person came on vent and it was solved in a decent matter, no harm done.

This tread puts out it was a normal thing to do. Would be wise to put it in the rules so there will be no misunderstandings about it in the future.
