Unfortunately, we will be getting new I.P.'s for our servers VERY soon.

I was *asked* to volunteer for this.
The bad part is that our I.P.'s will change, the good news is that we should get even better pings...and that includes our European players (Moon and DarkSun especially should see a nice improvement).
I am going to start working on this tonight (the bad part of being staff is I have to do it, lol).
Since all server will eventually be moved over anyway, there is no sense in prolonging this...plus, as I said, I was asked to do it.
I will keep everyone informed as to what is happening 🙂

Here is the deal...the servers will probably be moved tonight...then we have 5 days for the transition...during the 5 days the old servers will be messed up...and will just display the new I.P. S when people connect they will know to go to the new server right away...unles they wanna run around on the same map with no bots that is, lol.
I will also do a mass-mailing to all board members giving out the new I.P.'s.

I am going to fuck with the settings on the old server and have it flash the new i.p. every few seconds telling people to go to the new server...
Oh...why is it time to cream your pants (kinda an un-sophisticated thing to say, huh?)? Well, the pings are just a bit better. I dropped from the 80's to the 50's myself. Everybody should see some type of improvement, including our european players. So go to the new server and check it out (and please abandon the old server, it will be down in a few days).
