Sorry people, the shit hit the fan today and it was not a cool scene. Sorry to DOU-Me who was in Vent and had to hear it.
19 people on the server. OMA-YourMama tries to vote in Gr8sCity...way too small. Funny about how he always bitches about the rules and then tries to pull that shit. I tell him that if it passes I will force something else in. He calls me a pussy. Yeah, funny.
So the next map comes up and it is Skullysbasement, it was voted in by the masses.
First, OMA-ChaoticCannon is running all over the place. He sees me but can't get me so he grabs a redeemer and runs and assaults with it to kill me. I say "WTF was that." He thinks he is funny and replies "redeemer." That just instantly made me hot and I kicked him.
Then I am reading everybody yelling at Your Mama to stop running. I knew this was the case as he had assaulted me twice before. Well I am like in 4th of 19 and closing in on the lead having a nice map and he fn runs across a table and drops down on me and kills me. I kicked him.
He comes in to vent and says "are you fucking kidding me." I say "it is bad enough that you complain about other people breaking the rules and then disregard them yourselves, but then you guys have to smart mouth me as well. He tells me to fuck off. Then it became even less civil and ended with me calling him a fucking douchebag and telling him to get the fuck out of here.
Sorry people. I guess it was coming for awhile now. I am just so sick of Mama complaining about nobody following the rules and then night after night after night pulling that shit. What an asshole. I would love it to go into a server and see everybody else forced to play by the rules and have the admin say "but tommy, you do what you want, it's cool." Actually I wouldn't, but you all get the point.
More after I cool off. If you were there then you would understand how hot and ugly it got.

I was there it was bad but we do have rules and like moon I myself have been leaving the server just because of some that think they can play just like they want to Idont like having to leave a server that I call home I know we have to put up with some of it but not as much as it has been.when the one who can kick are on i can tell it is better but i really think we need more who can BJB is on a lot and I really think he would do a good job I see him and others getting on the ones who are doing wrong.If we have more to look over the server I dont think what happen would have we need to let the people know someone is looking and if they dont go by the rules they will be kicked for that game and if we have to from the server. it is a fun game when we go by the rules but not when you are getting spawn,run and gun,or jumped on it makes me mad and I know it makes everyone mad we can do have a fun server a lot of people like it we just need look over it and let them know it they play here then go by the rules 😯
I agree with Moon and me. I too have not played on the server as much since the popularity has grown simply because there are too many people that break the rules (well, that and my lack of free time). I like it when there are between 6 to 10 people that are camping on the right sized maps. I think that if there were more people that had "kick" rights, the server would be more hospitable. Yes, we will loose traffic, but it will be the undesirable traffic.

Has anyone considered pulling DOU off of Gametracker? Seems to me this is where all the riff raff comes from.
I think the time has come to let everyone have the power to kick people not just a few. If one of our members abuses the privilege then we deal with the problem. The server is totally out of control most times when I pop in and I just leave. It is not a fun place to be. We are chasing our own members away so we can have a popular server. Not a good trade off.
Also, I do not know the names of the maps very well. I do not know what is a big map versus a small map by name alone. Today we had 12 players and Forgotten Island was voted in. I voted on it too thinking it was another map. It is too small for 12 players. Can we have the maps sectioned off in mapvote by size?
