We have a problem here that needs to be addressed.
I noticed a few days ago when Nuker came into our clan COD game server and clan Teamspeak server that he was using the name Nuke Iran and not {DOU}Nuker. I could not say anything to him as he has me permanently muted on Team Speak. Apparently he does not like me.
While playing COD tonight with the usual crowd I learned more about the following. As the story goes, Vioguez and Devilman ran into him on a different clan's COD OW server where he was also playing as Nuke Iran. They asked him why he wasn't using his clan tag. He then came to our TeamSpeak server and said "I don't want people to associate me with DOU because the one is in it and his sorry piece of shit dad."
Both Vioguez and Devilman were told this and have stated as much to me.
As clan leader I feel that it is necessary for action to be taken now. To be honest I doubt Nuker even thinks of himself as a member anymore so this may be moot, but a formal declaration needs to be made anyway.
Here are the violations as I see them:
- Send emails to members of {DOU} and also posted in the shout box trying to get members to vote no during the One's membership vote.
- Is now using the name "Nuke Iran" again. He was told before membership that use of that name would not be allowed.
- Is bad-mouthing members.
- Is playing on clan servers without the {DOU} tag. Use of the tag by members is mandatory.
Regardless of what you think of me, The One, or Dylan, please remember that this is not about us. This is about Nukers actions.
Nuker has access to this area and may make any comments he would like. This will be left up long enough for those who usually weigh in to do so.
After voting, please make a comment. There is no reason for an abstain choice as his actions are not in question. However, nobody is required to cast a vote.

I voted yes to expel him from Clan {DOU}.
I created this clan 10 years ago as a social clan. People of all skill levels were invited to join in and be part of something. Most clans only recruit better players, I wanted something different. Something where people of quality character could enjoy the company of other quality people who were like-minded in the enjoyment of the game.
I do not see Nuker as a fit for this. He is an angry, self-centered, narcissist who feels it necessary to lay blame wherever he can. He obviously lacks the ability to let go of rage he feels for a 12 year old boy mouthing off to him once 5 years ago. He has expressed a total lack of respect for the DOU admins, the people who have spent considerable time and money to provide the resources that he uses with no contribution himself.
That last paragraph worked me up. Dylan has been a huge friend to this clan over the years. We might not even still be here if it wasn't for him. The One made a few mistakes, this is not in question. But this happened years ago. Most people felt that he earned a second chance, enough so that he was voted back into {DOU}. Dylan and I did nothing to force him in, he was voted in by a majority. There were a few no votes but it was not a close vote, most said yes. Since then he has been doing fine. It is time for people to leave him alone and allow him to be a member of this clan. Last, there is me. I created this clan 10 years ago this coming October. Without my hard work there would be no discussion here right now as Clan {DOU} would not exist. Sure I have had my ups and downs over the years and pissed off a bunch of people, probably more than I know, but I do not deserve it either to be shown the level of disrespect that Nuker displays to me.
I want this piece of shit gone.

what is there to say, if your not willing to display the clan tag when playing even with other clan members in clan servers then it clearly means nothing to him.
i voted yes sorry to say but nuker should be the better man and forget the past but he doesn't and doesn't where his tag in clan servers. always bringing up the past with negative comments about one person in particular
so yeah maybe the time has come for him to kick rocks as "nuke iran" down the road.
It would seem to me if Nuker is not wanting to wear the clan tag then he has silently quit DOU. So I guess it's a yes vote to make it official.
I am friends with Nuker and hope he will not take this as a personal assault. But it seems he has moved on.

So it can be ok for a recruit to see it and sweat it out till the vote is over (kinda like hazing).

His choice to be an ass in the name department as far as I care. I wouldn't give a crap if someone had a name Nuke USA or even Nuke Poland either. Just as long as the tag is in front of it. that is what matters. To worry that a name tag is offensive to some peeps is goin a lil overboard. Now if it is racist like nuke nigs, nuke chinks, nuke pollaks or nuke russkies, (nuke canuckians might be an exception here) then I would say no. When you step over to racist name tags it can give a poor image of the clan. To nuke a country is not a racist statement. It is an act of war.
On a side note to names. Some peeps give it a lot of thought and are creative on what the name tag will be, others not so much. Now since we are an international clan you have that much more to worry about with names as it can have a different meaning in another part of the world. An example of a name that could be offensive would be Dylan. Dylan in Yorkshire slang is a dick head or someone that is dim or stupid. Used as "He's a right Dylan" or "What a Dylan". There is also Tommy - Now in Britain that is slang for a soldier usually a private or for tomatoes. Now add tank to it and it is Tommy tank slang for masturbation. Change it to Tommy rot and it means rubbish. Now add ING Tomming and it means seeking sex or working as a prostitute. Now shorten it to Tom and it means prostitute. Then there is Tomtit, the act of defecation. Tom and Dick means sick. Tommy sauce is ketchup (you sickos I know what you thought the sauce is). Now I have little worries if someone is offended by dick head, tomatoes or a soldier or private in the Brit forces (if they do they got some issues to deal with and should go work on em)... HappyFnCamper I chose it to be slightly vulgar and offensive. On some servers they don't like {DOU}HappyFnCamper as the vulgar part and tell me to come in with another name. I refuse and just explain that its short for fraggin (yeah right) and that is what UT is all about. Frags and caps, so I get a pass most times and they let me play there with my name tag. Otherwise I won't play there and they can eat shit if they don't like the name.

Someone should talk to Nuke first give him a week or two to decide if he can still be a clanny and get over it, even if the vote on One did not go as he wanted. Majority rules and vote is what it is. I'd give JK another shot for the same reason that One got another chance. They have matured in the last few years to earn a chance to get in the clan.
O look at that I just went overboard in my post too. Guess I coulda just stuck to why I voted yes, but most of ya know me by now. I don't post much, but when I do there is plenty to read. I could go on too...
