It was verbal in TS. And he was on our COD4 server with out his tag as NUKEiran. Here's a small take from the server log:

I agree with this....within a reasonable amount of time obviously if no response is given.

P.S. Happy says he'll give you 15min with his ass instead if that's good for you.
I didn't notice any activity of Nuker in the forum for 10 last days. I don't know nothing about his activity on the server and TS.
It won't be good, if members are leaving the clan this way - by ejection.
I cannot abstain, so today I say NO.
If it is necessary, do voting one more time again - in the month or two for example.

I think the same at the moment. I am with you all more than 4 years, 4 great years. I got to like our community. I am very pleased meeting you all on the server, reading your posts or talking (from time to time) to you on TS. Now I'm disappointed with attitude of Nuker... Oh well, he is already adult, his choice ...
I am having computer problems, thus my minor absence. A new monitor soon I hope 🙂
Regardless, Darkmatter talked to Nuker about this. Nuker is aware of all of this and is not interested in commenting. Apparently Nuker believes that I was the one who brought The One back into the clan, and did so in an attempt to drive Nuker out.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
That said, I'll give it another day or so and then remove him from membership.

Done. Nuker has been removed from the Clan DOU user group and as such is no longer a member of clan DOU.
