The procedure is very clear on this. After 6 months he can re-aply for recruitment again.

He gave up to become a member on Nov. 12, 2011.

So he can fill in an application form and the procedure will start again from that point on.

We all know SOC.

From a formal point of view, everything is ok.

give him a second change the worst that could happen is that he could leave again,lets see if his giblets are tuff enough..........
