It's just a shame one person along with our justice system can cause so much termoil. We understand that this is a new beginning and good luck in starting over. Anyway we can help, give a shout!!!!

Here is what happened.

She showed up for court extremely drunk. She lied to the judge and said she wasn't drunk but rather just stressed out. The judge said "maybe so, but let's find out." He sent a cop out for a meter. So we waited for awhile. Then she tried to use her cell phone and the balliff took it away from her. She then spilled papers all over the place. Everybody was laughing at her. I asked my lawyer if this was good and she said it was very good. So the cops come and get her and she just pours out of the room, she was so drunk she was non-functional. I didn't know it but that would be the last time I would see her. Awhile later my lawyer just started talking to the judge and then I was informed that all of the criminal charges against me were dropped. My lawyer the asked the judge for permission to speak with my father. The judge said yes. Same with the D.A., and then my dad himself. So she walked over there and they whispered for a few minutes and then I saw him shake his head yes and say yes. Then my lawyer said to the judge that my father agreed to drop the remaining charges. The judge told him that he would need to sign some papers. My lawyer then came over to me and shook my hand, said congratulations, and told me I was free to go. When I was outside I skipped across the lot like a schoolgirl.

Peggy was arrested and charged with criminal contempt of court, and is currently in jail:

There is no bail for her, not at any price. She is the judges bitch right now. Being a substance abuser / addict, she is probably suffering harshly right now. Sobeit.

I can never be re-charged for these offenses. So long as I go nowhere near her, my legal troubles are over.

I am very excited right now.

Hard times are still ahead of me, but the worst of it is over.
