Why? Because I decided to test out some permissions.

I tried Badman's, nsg's and Grubb's.

While using their permissions I couldn't change the vote.

Maybe these guys misunderstood?

I also tried your's and mAmA's permissions.

Both times I was able to change the vote.

If you want to try it yourself, all you do is go to that person's profile and at the bottom of the avatar you'll see [ Test out user’s permissions ]. After you click on that you may have to re-sign in once or twice. Once you're good to go, just go to the post and see if you can change the vote.

To get your permissions back you'll see at the upper left where you click to restore them.

You can't dig through anyone's accounts. This admin function allows you to see what they see on the forum with the permissions they have. :ahole:
