No option for re vote. Just displays results.
I was looking at the screen shot natan posted and I got to thinking about it. He looks like he is using that dark black and Orange forum template. I use the very bright blue and gray template. Is it possible there are subtle differences in the way they display ?
Maybe we could look at who can and can't change their vote, and what forum template they use ? Dunno, just an idea.

The admin panel says how many are using what. Razor would have to check the database to find out who is using what.

Go to your User Control Panel
Find Board preferences to the left
About halfway down is a board style with a dropdown. I think it is Divine Black by default.
