There is now an "extension" option available. If you choose this option please leave a short note explaining why you chose to extend the recruitment period 4 weeks.
The extension option should only be used if you feel the recruit hasn't participated enough in the clan or if there's an issue you feel some extra time will help correct.
Please do not use it because you don't know the recruit due to you not being around enough to get to know him or her.
Please leave a short note explaining why if you abstain.
'No' votes require an explaination to count.

I voted for the extension.
He did register on the forum but has yet to make a single post. I don't see him much on vent. He does have a total close to 30 hours on the sniper server between both of the {dou-r} tags he's been using but he has only spent about an hour and a half on there in the last month.
I did contact him awhile ago about posting on the forum but he made it clear he didn't like forums. He felt the ventrilo participation was enough interaction with other clan members and claimed "everyone knows me".
We'll see.
IMO there is a lack of participation and I'd like to see a bit more commitment from him.
I voted No because he's a dud.
He has been on vent and the game the last couple nights, said he just got back home.

It is a no for me. He said he is not bother with the forum at all, he does not play and when he does he is not even making an effort. Plus, he is boring. I think we need persons who show interest in the clan and participate.

I voted no because he has not been active like he should, and does not really seem that interested. Also he's sporadic with his server appearences. Not sure if he's had some kind of circumstance that would explain that but I haven't heard anything.

I had asked him to post on the forum even if it was a topic on what he was interested in but I guess it is a no-go...
...and for his participation on the DOU servers I'm sure he doesn't mind being a stray even if he's chatting with ppl on Vent.
Did his sponsor ask him to be more active? or tell him his admittance into DOU is being finalized?

We have:
3 'yes'
4 'no'
2 'extension'
We do not have a majority to outright admit or refuse his admission into the clan so in a case such as this I will add the 'yes' votes into the 'extension' votes. My reasoning is that if someone votes 'yes', it can be assumed they would rather see the extension than have the recruit outright refused membership.
I will send aviel_nick a pm and an email to inform him of the results and what he needs to do to get through the re-vote.
Please post anything pertaining to his recruitment in his recruit thread.
