Is there already a new policy regarding recruitment?
For example a minimum of hours playing in the server and a minimum of posts in the forum?
Apart obviously the four months and the respect for the rules.... 😮
With a new policy, I would like very much to work with the recruitment process, to write the policy in spanish, (like the rules), assist in monitoring, and to give some assistence to the spanish speaking people... 😀

Have seen him on the server a few times and had a couple of games with him.
I think he's only a few days on the server now and imo it would be wise to wait a week or two and learn a little bit more about him. Wouldn't be the first one that applies to be a recruit and then never to be heard from again...

I say get him to understand we want to see if he will be the type to stick around and play with respect to the rules. Then once he has been around for a while, I dunno say 20 hours minimum that then he can apply. It just gets old having recruits who don't follow through.

R_Mad, could you talk to him about his please? Let him know we want to be sure this is where he wants to fit in. If he's serious he can give it a couple weeks.
