BTW, he is a kid...but a good kid. I played with him a bunch of times in Fortnite squadding, and then Grease started playing with us too. I think we have a few opportunities here.
First, we can use this as a bridge to start getting people to use Discord. Calmness uses Discord so this is good.
Second, I am hoping that The One and Commander and if around JK47 will do some squadding with him. He is a pretty decent player and racks up a lot of kills per game. The problem with him is that he plays with people who are less skilled (me included) so he isn't winning a lot. But I've ranked #2 with him a few times. So I think that if the other better DOU members play with him then it will be mutually beneficial for all involved.
Third, I hope to get him to play some other games, but remember, we have embraced Fortnite as a clan game now. If he wants to play UT99, cool, but if not that is his choice. I bring this up because several people jumped on him immediately when he posted his intros. It's his choice what he wants to play if it is clan supported. This goes for all new recruits going forward. After almost 15 years, DOU has earned the right to stretch out a bit. I will give him the link to UT99, a copy of COD 4, and even a copy of Quake 2. But it is all his choice.
