Changes for Sponsorship of recruits

There's going to be some changes coming up in how sponsorships will work.

We're going to depart from depending on volunteers in favor developing a group of members who will be handling the recruits. In this way we can better serve the recruits by having people available who know what the recruitment process is and are committed to seeing it through with the recruit.

This change is being made due to several instances where for whatever reason the sponsor did not maintain a relationship wtih their recruit.

To get this started, we need some clan members to step up and form this group of sponsors we can depend on to see the recruit process through. I would like to see people who've been in DOU at least a year doing this. I mean no offense to the newer DOU members but as far as being able to deal with problems that may come up it would be better to have more experienced members of the clan involved to better deal with them.
