Changes to the Recruitment Process

I believe that we need to completely change our recruitment process for all future applicants. While the application is useful, it just is not telling enough. Some (maybe most) clans use a different method that I believe will work better.

I think we should switch to an invite only method. This way, we can see who will really be an asset to the clan. The person that we invite must be a server regular that has been playing for at least three months. A post will be put up in the Members Only area asking about this person, if anyone has experienced any problems, etc. This way, we can all keep an eye out for those people. If they quit showing up, then we save ourselves some troubles. We can also see people that have play styles similar to our own and pick them over people that have to be "trained".

Really, our clan is now big enough that we can be selective about the membership. There is no need to keep accepting applications, setting up sponsors, going through all the rigmarole, and one day the applicant just disappears.
