Well this might not come as a big surprise, but he has actually filled in an application form.
My opinion and advice would be not to decline it right away, but give it some serious thoughts.
Maybe we could give him a chance to proof himself. Don't get me wrong I'm not fond of the guy either to say the least. First of all he would have to sit out his ban for the next 30days, unless we decide to keep it a permanent ban. After that he has to work real hard to show us he is sincere in his attemps to become a good player/recruit.

Hello Conman,
My task as a recruitment officer is to let the clan know who would be a good candidate to become a recruit/aspirant member. It’s also my duty to let the Clan know who has showed interest in becoming a recruit by posting a Clan DOU Recruitment Form. My job in this case is being an intermediator.
The members have shared me their thoughts about your aply to become a recruit. On this moment in time it seems it is to early to let you become a recruit yet. Your status as a banned player is still in procedure and that makes its complicated. Therefor I have to decline the application.
I have to await the outcome of your banned status first.
My only advice for now is that you install our teamspeakserver TS3 and come to talk with us. Thats the only possibility as I see it for this moment to clear things up between you and the clan.
If your interest in the clan is sincere we will meet you there. TS3 will give us much more insight in questions as; who is the person behind Conman?

Also I added my profile on the site and called myself Dou Conman, I now know this was the wrong thing to do and has upset some members. I have since tried to update and remove Dou from my name but am not able to update my name?
Are you able to contact admin or whoever has access to do this. I only did
that to show that I was wanting to be a Clan Dou member.
