Yesterday when I played on DM-HomeSweetHome[FBI] he asked me and Wave if he can join DOU. We refered him to our forum to introduce himself. He said that will do it but under another name. I don't remember his name as a SOP member.
I played against Decoy many times in the past, but can't recall what kind of player was he.
I've sent him this mail:

hasn't played much.
He should be told that x amount of hours must be played on our server and coming into vent first would help to see if he's a good addition or just a complete waste of time.

I think all apps should be in vent so we can see if they are good people or complete assholes first.
JMO, no offense to those members that are shy or don't come in vent, some have other reason like little children that don't need to hear our foul language.

We can be suspicious and approach him with caution, but until we know better we should also give him the benefit of the doubt.
