Yes, they need an adult member. But what I am not sure of here is if that adult had to be a relation to them. I thought that was the way it was set up but I can't recall for certain.

They need to be related to or spoken for (etc.) by an adult who is a member of the clan. There are no exceptions for this. It is meant to protect both us and the kiddies. If their dad joins then they could get in, but not before then.
