Above all keep in mind we are a social club, skills have lesser meaning for us as a clan, therefor it is not nescecarry or mandatory to practice on the practice server if a recruit dont want to. If his skills suck on the server, so be it.

About his gameplay I will sent him a message about our concerns.

Keep me informed about his recruitment process the way you do at the moment.

I will take care of things if it gets out of control.

I have sent him a PM about my concerns on the subject.

To begin with, I will not get into an email altercation with you. Further, if you wish to request a sponsor change, that is certainly your prerogative. However, please be aware of the following:

1. I have PM'd you numerous times, trying to get you to come to the practice server so I can help you learn, show you spawn points, teach you secrets, etc. I have also PM'd you questioning your style of game play, specifically running and translocating. To say that I haven't come to you directly is simply not true.

2. I went to Natan for advice, to see if he had any other ideas...not to cry.

3. I am not the only DOU member that has questioned your style of game play.

This is a social clan, and we are here to have fun. Having said that, in order to have fun responsibly, it is up to us to set the example for others to follow. That is a concept with which you should be familiar, being former military.

You are quite obviously talented. I am sincerely impressed by your knowledge of IT systems, graphics, etc. I just want to help you with UT. That is the extent of my involvement. If you'll allow me, I will be happy to do so, as I have already stated in this email and many other PM's.

I’m sorry to hear that you feel disrespected by him. As your sponsor he has all the good intentions to guide you succesfully through the recruit program.

{DOU}M@DD0G has sent you several messages, questioning your style of gameplay, and you seem to take this the wrong way. Your recruitment period of 90 days is meant to see if the recruit and the clan, which he wants to join as a full member, are compatible with eachother. If you feel that isn’t the case here, which I would regret, you are free to seek for another clan membership and follow a recruit program there if you think that is necesarry and more suitable to you.

Just to clarify, I received this email from iSudo after I PM'd Natan for advice, which he posted up above...

"that was seriously uncool, you cried to natan instead of speaking to ME directly. Disrespect doesn't begin to describe that stunt. im requesting a sponsor change."

iSudo sent me that email after I PM'd him 2 or 3 different times about his style of game play, etc. I then sent my email response to iSudo, which is posted above as well.

First time I see a recruit claiming for a sponsor change...

To accept this would be a bad precedent, and a lack of due humility and consideration expected by a recruit.

If coming from the military, for me, the attitude of iSudo is inadmissible.

If iSudo can not make peace with M@ddog, then he must go.

I ,along with others, was in TS3 last night and isudo came in looking for M@DDOG. please understand that this was an open channel with NON-DOU players in the channel. isudo then went on a quiet rant (not yelling but pissed off) about how he is using all of his powers of constraint to not put on steel toe boots & put them up M@DDOG'S ass. I was not able to ask what the problem was before he left abruptly. I also must let you know that as I am typing this post someone named "ant" came into TS3 and their voice was very muffled. It seemed to me that they were trying to set up their TS3 for our server. ant "said hello can you hear me?" isudo's response was "dude you sound like you have a cock down your throat. Come back when you pull that sausage out of your throat". I just don't get this guy. He seems normal and then at the drop of a hat turns into an ASSHOLE for no reason.

I'll tell ya now this guy is a NO vote from me. I don't believe this guy should be representing Clan DOU that way to someone brand new to our TS3 server. "ant's" first contact with a Clan DOU representative was being told he sounds like he's sucking on a cock!!!
