Hello G-Force,

We have received the application form in good order. Thank you for showing interest in becoming a Clan {DOU} Recruit.

This is how the procedure goes;

I've introduced you to the clan as a possible new recruit. The next couple

of days the clan members will decide if you are ready to become a recruit.

As soon as you are welcome as a recruit you will get a sponsor apointed to you. Your sponsor will be a DOU member that has been with the clan for more than a year. Your sponsor will guide you through your recruitment period. As a recruit, you will be given expanded access to the forum, which gives you access to the recruitment center of the forum.

As a recruit you will be on probation for a period of 90 days (realize you

are being observed) after which the membership will be called to a vote on giving you full member status. If you are voted in, you will be given

access to the "Members Only" section of the forum. By then you will also

get the {DOU} tag to put in front of your name indicating your full member status.

If for some reason the vote is no, you will be told why and you may

re-apply in 90 days, should you wish to.

I will inform you within a week if your recruitment has been aproved by

the clan.
