Saw him just being kicked from game by Grubb.

I've asked him why he wanted to join DOU.
I'm interested in joining this clan because I play all days in a various
sniper servers, but the {DOU} servers have "camper" rules. The other
servers have a "freestyle".
Besides, I see maps modeled by {DOU}, I'm interested in development of new
maps.

Because we all started on the server as noobs once.
