How about this...

How about this...I can create a form that a sponsor will fill out at the end of the 3 weeks for the recruit. It could be a kind of progress report on the person. The results of the form would be sent to the recruitment officers and they would post those results in the persons vote thread.

Good idea? Bad idea? If good we need to think up what the form would be.

I dunno,

The recruitment thread for each recruit is kinda in place for that reason, don't you think?

Even if it's not definitly important for our judgment, it can be a good thing for our common knowledge of some recruit... and real good for our individual curiosity ! 8)

Just start a "pros / cons" thread at the beginning of the recruitement.

Not a bad idea to do something of the sort. As Xerxes said, the recruitment threads should take the place of that, but it seems not much is reported on a new recruit in the threads, so maybe making the form a requirement is just the thing to get more sponsor participation.

I've noticed that with the last couple recruits there has been at least 1 person that has refrained from voting because they've never seen the recruit in the 3 week period, for whatever reason and don't feel they have enough information about them to make a determination one way or the other. The form could be helpful in those cases.
