Inactive members discussion.

I know this has been hashed around at least once so we're going to get some policy in place on what to do with inactive forum members.

Tommy and I discussed this and we hatched this plan:

After three months of inactivity the member will have his/her forum access restricted to a special part of the forum where they will be directed to a message that informs them where they are and why they're there. They will also be informed that after six months (total) of inactivity DOU will assume they are no longer interested in clan membership and they will have to go through the recruitment process again should they wish to return.

Of course there may be exceptions to this and these will be considered case by case.

All current (3 months or more) inactives will be considered 3 months inactive effective October 1st.

Any discussion? ideas? Good as is?
