I have been thinking about having a second Recruitment Officer for awhile now and after some discussion with Tommy I have asked Chicken if he would like to share the duties.
I am very pleased that he accepted the job and I feel he'll do fine.
The duties will be shared by the both of us so please make him feel welcome in his new responsibility.
