Yes, it is Crowillow.
I asked OMA-EvilOne about him and he said that Crow left OMA when he was having a living situation and couldn't commit the time. Then Evil told me that he thought the real reason was because he played in a few matches with OMA and didn't do as well as he thought he could have and thought that OMA wasn't interested in him anymore. Evil said that wasn't the case, thus a mis-communication.
He is leaving TA because the clan had broken up and re-formed several times, but along the way became a very idle clan.
He is a strong player and wants to be active, the best of both worlds as far as I am concerned. He comes to vent when he is around and is very friendly and laid back. I think we do want him in the clan.

P.S. He did mention to me last week that he was going to put in an application, but he wanted to resign from TA properly before doing so. I see that he did both today, a good sign.
