When I was watching the RSA yesterday evening I saw this player come in on the server with a ‘(DOU)’ tag in front of his name.
R_Mad was also on the server at the time and together with Rad she told him not to wear the Tag.
He was asuming he was a member of DOU, because he subscribed as a member on the forum.
What I understood from reading the RSA is that he comes from Chile, Santiago. I don’t think he does speak any English at all. He’s 15 years of age and wants to join our clan.
Today I received this Application Form.

He seems to play on our server for several days a week, but he's just here since Oct. 29.
My suggestion would be to see if he keeps hanging around on to our server for the next few weeks before we give him a chance to become a recruit. Has anyone else seen him play? Is he playing according the server rules?
Please let me hear your opinion about him.
Yeah, I was trying to talk to him Spanish ( 
my poor Spanish). He is determined to join our clan. What for - I don't know. His knowledge of English is on level 0+. R_Mad has explained him the rules, but today when I played against him on the map Snowgirl, it seemed that he can remember nothing.
Generally, nice young guy, but still R&G. He could learn a little English to understand commands.
I wonder how strong is his determination to join us.
The Snowgirls map is a r&g promoting map that is being removed. I find it hard to imagine someone not being tempted to run on it.

Well, maybe I have a little inexactly written. Kirck caught me unaware twice and tried to kill close. After my warning he has always said: 'no disparar de cerca? ok' and then after short time he tried to do that again. He has amused me a little by that.
I think he should play for some time on the server before he will be allowed to start a recruitment process.
