Probably because his son wants to be DOU and that he knows he have to be 13 to be DOU. Really, everybody who was there yesterday said that the voice sound is not the one of a teenager.
After Disturbed confronted Brooklyn's dad, the dad did not talk anymore and disappeared. Disturbed stayed on and did continue playing with us and talking.

I would agree to drop the application. Min age is 13, he will have to wait 3 years, no matter how much he wants to be DOU.
The official policy is that he has to be 13 unless he also has a parent in the clan.
He'll have to wait until he's old enough or unless a parent signs up.
