I just opened this pm from Grubb. Yes I know it's a week old. Working a lot again.

Hello Mama,

I just wanted to let you know that while Flash has been a recriut I have seen him drop Xloc in the water and other places, and break other rules. On one occasion I called him on it and he denide it. I left it at that and thought I would let you know.

Ive had to tell him to stop transing around a couple times when he really wanted back to his spot

He does push the rules and has even broken a few. He needs to be reminded of policeing the server as a recruite as well. Most of the time he does ok.

Havent seen much - MAYBE xlocing around a bit but nothing to raise a stink over. A pretty fair player with me anyway. I'll start watching him a little more to confirm when I'm on.

As a recruit, during his recruit period, he is supposed to be a model player.

Why? you may ask...

Because if thats the best he can do when he knows everyone is paying attention imagine how he will play and treat others as a member when no one is looking.

Believe me we have seen this happen and for the most part it is true.

I had a conversation with Flash around 2pm EST in Vent. I told him briefly that a few members had metioned a couple of rules he had broken and that he needed to try to be on his very best behavior. He appologized saying he did not usually leave his trans out and that he was actually not very good at transing. He also said He may have missed in a trans attempt and forgot to pull it back in. I have done this myself and then when leaving later run over my own trans 😆

He seemed concerned and sincere. I didn't get any defensive behavior at all and he was more than willing to talk about it.

He did admit to his temper getting the better of him at times and telling people they shouldn't be doing to him what they had just done etc.

I think he's ok and will do better.

We have a new memeber right now that is a model player. When he was a recruit, not a model player.

We have a new memeber right now that is a model player. When he was a recruit, not a model player.

I stand by that statement.

Several members who were problem recruits became problem members and 3 out of 3 I'm talking about are no longer members having been removed by vote of the clan. is it 100% accurate? Is anything? No. Just a general guideline.

This is not to say a recruit has to be perfect, I wasn't, but someone that's a headache now will probably be a pain in the ass later.

All that being said, after our conversation today I think Flash is good people and will make a good member.

I played many times against Flash and didn't remember any problem with him. Nice guy and good player.

Lots of current members would not have made the cut if we didn't give them a bit of slack.

I remember the first time I played with wave, before he was a member. We were in mortal collapsing and I was being an asshole camped in the tunnels. Throughout the entire map, wave did nothing but continuously assault my position. He was determined to get me out of there. Of course he didn't know how to come through the back way, so he was easy pickins' in the water. Thanks to him, I stayed in the tunnel the whole map and won by a healthy lead.

Give people time to figure it out, that's all I am saying. We can still hang 'em later.

I agree 100% with Tommy. Not just "brown-nosin" either.He does have a great point. Ahh, 🙄 I remember when I was a recruit and even after,messing up more than once 😳 .With a lil time I believe Flash will be all good.

Haven't played with Flash so I can't comment.

Though on Tommys comment, shit I'll assault you as much as i can. All in good fun hey Tommy. 😆
