I refused his application based on him not agreeing to DOU's rules.
I don't know MaX and can't recall seeing him around.
Perhaps this is the "Cecil the Duck" who made an ass of himself recently on the forum.
I see he has history with 3 other clans. VoS is folding if not gone already. DIE16 is active but I'm not certain he was actually a member there. His profile at DIE16 says he's 17. ROF I know nothing about.
The IP submitted with his application says his service is out of Banbury in the UK.

I have never seen him on. ROF is Rain of Fire. He say's he disagrees with DOU rules. Maybe he can elaborate a little on that.

"Hello Max,
I'm sorry but I have to refuse your application on the grounds that you do not agree with DOU's rules.
If this was checked in error, please resubmit the application.
If you do resubmit the application, please also include some information about your involvement with VoS, DIE16 and ROF especially why you left each clan.
