We have enough to watch. I have 2 recruits, we have to watch noob runners, freestyle morons and mouthy players. we don't need to bring back known trouble makers.
I am asked at least twice a day in TS to watch a player, due to running and assault. Conman knows when he's being watched and knows when he can get away with shit.
Also it is getting very difficult to keep banned players out, static ip's that a player can change in 10 seconds or less, add a name change to that and were watching the same player over and over break the same rules. We don't need to add to this problem.

There's just too much documentation about his problem causing to let him become a potential member. I'm not sure we want someone like that representing us.
