After a while Tommy will remove them if they haven't been seen or heard from in a couple of years.

Life happens, people sometimes face health issues or other hardships. We try not to slam the door in their face because they haven't been around in a month or three.

This is another reason to look hard at someone you think will make a good recruit.

Also I don't think we should be so quick to make exceptions for recruits that don't make a solid effort to be on the forum, TS, and the server. If they can't be bothered to do what little is required of them to join, what kind of a member will they make?

I think we have all lived the answer to that question more than a few times recently.
