More recruitment changes.

After discussion with Tommy and others the recruitment period will run a full four weeks from now on. The fourth week will consist of the clan vote.

So anyone who initiates a recruit vote poll from now on will have to make sure the poll is set for seven days.

Any "no" votes will be addressed by clan discussion during that fourth week.

All "no" votes must be explained by those casting that vote. If you vote "no" without an explaination it will not be taken into consideration.

Any recruit commiting a major infraction of DOU rules (personal insults, accusing other members of cheating, ect.) will be required to start their recruitment period over. The recruit will be notified of the said infraction by one of the recruitment officers. The recruitment officer will also send inform the recruit's sponsor and Tommy of such an action.

Minor stuff (running around too much, spamming or not using the correct tag) will be handled by the sponsor.

Just a reminder to all: We're here first and formost to have fun and hang out with people who like to kill each other. Almost all of us like to give shit in one form or another to other players. Don't ever assume something is to be taken personally without checking it out first. You could end up making yourself look worse than whatever the real or imagined slight or insult was. Some new people are bound to push things sometimes and if you run into that, try to resolve it civilly. Keep it light, keep it fun for everybody.
