Since this month we are out of recruits. We had 15 of them on a sudden time, so that was a luxury.
We’re halfway this year now and 16 aspirant members were recruited, while 2 came from the 2011 recruitment year. That makes 18 recruits this year so far. 5 of them didn’t make it to the full member status.
Those are the statistics on the end of June.
Now that we are out of recruits on this moment it would be nice to attract some fresh aspirant members again.
So if anyone has thoughts for new recruits…
what about bianca she is a long time player on the server and a good player.she is also active on our fb page as well...she was in another clan but she dropped there tag.she posted it on our forum to have her tag removed...

Maybe we should let recruits come to the clan instead of the clan hunting for prospects? Seems there has been several people in the last few months the recruited but then showed no interest. just a thought?

I agree with this point of view. I prefer to move slow respect recruitment. Anyway we can invite two or three from the best guests, but I think this number is enough.
As he UT99 universe collapses onto itself, the more members we have the better.
My thought anyway.

I have the same opinion. Some players are interested in becoming a recruit, but simply don't know the way to become one. Others just think they have to be ask to become an aspirant member.
Either way, the more the better... we will pick out the cherries
Worked in the past and will work in the future.
Most new people have a hard time finding the DOU Ventrilo server that pops on the screen every few mins. 😀
I suppose when DOU upgrades to the new Teamspeak thing and advertises it on the UT99 server it will open a new window of noobs.
The new user login issues with the forum have been a slight issue, but maybe those have gone away since....
i think we need more active people there are a small number of DOU that play UT99 and they are very active when they are on but it would be nice to have more people :redflipoff: :peace_v:
