Just how aggressive should we be towards recruiting new members at this stage? We already have a great core of players. Should we be looking for more people that are interested in tournament playing? Should we be looking for casual gamers?
The reason I ask is that I believe I know of someone that would be interested in joining our team. I am just not certain if he will be able to compete in tourneys.
It's a matter of timing...
Even participating in 1 tourney should be fine...
If it's creating presence on our servers and other servers then WAY TO GO! we want to be seen and respected as people who love the game and respect others who want the competition...

Wow!! Strange things are happening, I agree with you!!
Oh well. I asked him if he wanted to join, but he said no. Main reason is time. Just not enough time to devote to the clan. Also, mentioned that clans require too much, such as induction requirements. I informed him that that was not the ways of this clan. The only requirement is that he did not be an asshole. Oh well. I tried.
